Shake

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake

Every bit of the body

Including fingers and toes

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake

Get rid of the tight jaws

And under stretched hamstrings

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake

Reverberations reach the cheeks

And all the jiggly bits

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake

Even thinking it feels silly

Doing it feels ridiculous

Bringing a smile

That turns to laughter

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake

All the stress away
